Overview

• You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

For Amazon Orders

1. Start your return from Amazon’s “Your Orders” section.
2. Select “Problem with Order” and follow the return instructions.
3. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center and passes inspection, Amazon will issue your refund.

Note: We handle the return logistics, but Amazon manages the communication and refund.

For Etsy Orders

1. Email us at carlos.tarifa@ecotouch.store with your reason for return and proof of purchase.
2. Ship the item to our fulfillment center (address will be provided).
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping.
4. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and Etsy will process your refund.

Refunds may be issued as Etsy credit or to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
